In this weeks episode, I discuss how I have transitioned from a dieting phase, into a gaining phase, through a reverse diet.
I run through my caloric targets across each week since finishing my dieting phase along with all macronutrient goals, training and output.
This will give you insight as to how to set up an effective gaining phase for you, and or your clients.
