An important topic to touch on as I know I have struggled with this in the past and I know a lot of you guys will too.
Underrating and or over expending the day of and following day to compensate is a common tool which a lot use, however, this creates a viscous cycle and a poor relationship with food! I will run through some actionable steps to implement for you all.
I will discuss:
Why we use off plan meals?
How to structure the day leading up to them
What options I would advise, if you're in control of location
What options I would advise, if you're not in control of location
