The introduction to a new segment into the podcast called 'The Coaches Corner'. Myself, Adam Dowling and Mark Hodson run through how to take a client through a photoshoot prep. We discuss the variables in training, nutrition protocols, how to peak on the day to bring the best physique to the table.
From start point analysis, 12-16 weeks out, 6-8 weeks out, 1 week out, and 1 day out and also how to reverse out of a prep effectively, we leave no stone unturned.
